My event at the NHSPCA, "Children 4 Horses Letter Writing Party", is THIS SUNDAY, March 18th from 11-4pm. I am hoping LOTS of kids come for the first ever Children 4 Horses event and that I get a lot more letters! So far I have about 90, so I am really close to my goal of 115!
Please ask all the kids you know to send me letters so I have a huge pile to bring with me to Washington DC. My first appointment will be with Congressman Frank Guinta (R-NH) on March 26th. We will be having a meeting first and then he will take me onto the floor of the Congressional Chambers during a vote. His office has also arranged a Capitol tour for me. I can't wait!! I am going to be giving Congressman Guinta Children 4 Horses custom t-shirts for his kids, but it's a secret, so don't tell him!
On March 27th, I will be attending a press conference for the Equine Welfare Alliance's (EWA) Million Horse March, sponsored by Congressman Moran of Virginia. After that, we will be heading to the offices of Senators and Congressmen to hand out all the letters the campaign has been collecting.
If you can't make it to my event, there is still time to send me your letters about what you think of horses, why you think they are special, and how they have touched your life or even just send me a picture. Please send you letters to me at:

You can also help support me by buying my new Children 4 Horses custom t-shirt. We have men's, women's (fitted & loose fit) and children's sizes. You can pick any lighter color you want it printed on - gray, white, light(er) blue, pink, yellow. The money I raise will go directly to help me get to Washington DC, and help pay for letter writing supplies. I am also collecting donations for the NHSPCA's "SOS Fund" to help local horses in need.
To buy a t-shirt, please email your order to: dg4horses@hotmail.com. I can except payment through PayPal with that same email address. If you would like to make a donation to the NHSPCA "SOS Fund", please make a note on your donation.
Thank you so much everyone who has been
helping me and supporting me!!!!!!
